Not only is the support staff friendly and knowledgeable, they are extremely quick to answer and fix support question. I had an issue with my header not being very responsive when viewed from a mobile screen. The support staff provided me with custom css to fix the problem.

The theme is super customizable. You can do anything when you get a hold of it. But what makes it amazing is their top-notch customer support. Whenever I was unable to understand anything or got stuck with something, all I needed to do was send them a mail, and I got a resolution within a very short period of time. I am willing to use this theme for some of my future projects as well.
